The Seguin Trail was groomed AGAIN tonight, eeeek!
Many www.pssd.ca/ Parry Sound Snowmobile District trails will be in good, great or even excellent condition now!
Many have gotten a second round of grooming. Many that were only packed have now been groomed. Check your local club for the most up-to-date information. You may still crank some rocks on a few trails/areas, but meh, eh Jamie Blake?! Thanks for the snow & cold this week Momma Nature!
Many lakes have had traffic now and a bunch have been staked. The high winds have brought us some slush but it's frozen quickly, so watch out for frozen slush bombs previous traffic. Lots of glare ice under the snow & snow drifts.
The base off-trail is still powder. It's easy to dig through to rocks. Either more feet of snowfall or a thaw & refreeze is needed before you avoid breaking a-arms, tracks, and ribs.
Please be safe, stay in control and on your side of the trail, carry safety gear as a group, and dress warm!!
Thanks & Sincerely,
"Random" Ryan Tarrant
PS: I'll be deep out on Georgian Bay tomorrow ;)
